How to Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and data in two ways:
1. In-App Deletion
- Open QwenChat AI App
- Go to Account screen
- Click “Delete Account” button
- Confirm deletion
2. Email Request
Send an email to [mehmetakar17@gmail.com] with:
- Subject: “QwenChat Account Deletion Request”
- Your Google email used in the app
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Chat history
- User profile information
- Credit balance
- Uploaded images
- All associated Firebase data
Deletion Timeline
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 48 hours
- Firebase data: Permanently deleted
- Uploaded images: Removed from storage
Data Protection
- All user data is encrypted in transit
- We use secure Google OAuth for authentication
- We never share your data with third parties
- We only store necessary user information
